Am I close y’all?

Alright guys I have 11 days until my due date and I think it’s almost time, but I’m Not sure. I have had loose bowels for a while maybe a month, but I woke up in the middle of the night with consistent diarrhea and I’ve been nauseated for a week now. It’s hard to eat from how nauseous I am. Braxton hicks have been hitting me like crazy for over two weeks. My back cramps constantly, but it’s like period pains. It’s been two weeks of that. Also my discharge has increased over the past two days. Is this a sign I’m close?
