7+3 having period type pains

I’m 7+3 and been having period pains on and off since yesterday feels like I’m going to come on so constantly running to the toilet. Had no blood. Is this normal? I wAs having these types of pains nearly 2 weeks ago had early scan and saw my little jelly bean with a strong heartbeat they said everything looked normal and looked like a very healthy pregnancy. I think I’m just panicking as had miscarriage in March. Anyone been through or going through a similar situation?
