I was due Aug 4th but you ladies know how it goes at 39 weeks I was sooo DONE with being pregnant and ready to meet my baby boy. so I woke my partner up in the morning to get ready for work and I said to him "I'm going to clean the house today and get everything ready. when you get home we are going to have some *sexy time*😉😉 to induce me into labour" he smiled and said okay whatever you say thinking it was funny😅 well I cleaned the house and unfortunately missed my nap thanks to my 2 year old😂 but sure enough hubby got home and we DTD at 7pm. I started getting contractions less than 10 mins apart at 9pm. I ignored my app telling me to go to the hospital because I've been getting alot of braxton hicks lately and this being my second I just thought if anything it was the veryy beginning (my first labour was over 20 hours long) but I also couldn't shake the feeling like "this is it" and all day when I was cleaning I kept thinking I'm probably going to go into labour tonight. well anyways my contractions slowed down and stopped around 11:40ish I told my partner it was probably more braxton hicks and just another false alarm. then we are just chatting for a few minutes and he says he's kinda relieved that we have more time and he's not coming tonight. WELL my water broke right after he said that😂 luckily I didn't get any in bed because that shit smells awful😂 he got me a towel and I'm like hobbling to the washroom and get into the shower just squatting while it pours out of me and he's just in shock lol he was like holy shit are you alright??! and I told him yes yes I'm fine I'm not in much pain but we need to get our things and go so we gathered the bags and got our 2 year old son out of bed and ready to spend the night at my cousins house. when we got to the hospital I already had the urge to push and accidentally puked all over the hallway😂 i kept saying i needed to go to the washroom becsuse i didnt want to shit myself😅 my partner kept lauging at me and was an amazing support just like our first he was my ROCK.they finally checked me and I was already at 8cm dilated upon arrival. *let me just say..when they tell you your second birth is likely to be alot faster and intense than your first one THEY REALLY ARE NOT KIDDING* I'm so realieved it went by so quickly because man it certainly was intense. baby Waylon was born on July 29th at 1:28am weighing 8lbs on the dot! exactly like his big brother just not nearly as long and skinny haha he's got tiny little legs a

nd cute little rolls😍 I also went into labour with his brother starting at 9pm haha but he was born at 4:10pm the next day. so that's the story of how I induced my own labour 🤗
