Any thoughts on what DPO am I? 🤷🏼‍♀️

This month got me all confused... I’m scheduled to remove my left tube on Aug 7th and we are hoping for a miracle before that... I’ve been paying attention daily and I had to CM days (definitely egg white look) and decided to take another test, and it said I was ovulating again...

So I’m all confused.... not sure when exactly I ovulated and what DPO I could be at. What do you all think?
