Symptoms and gender...

I know that the symptoms can be different with every pregnancy no matter the gender, but I wonder if anyone has had different symptoms specific to gender? Like had certain things happen with the boys and others with the girls. I only ask because this is my second pregnancy and with my son I was able to eat most everything, but this time everything I smell or try to eat makes me sick except fruit
