Csection incision- tiny bleeding / pus

I woke up with a spot of blood on my panty. Maybe it being on the incision irritated it? Here are pictures. The 2nd one is just zoomed in a lot. I'd call my dr but it's a Sunday. I'll call tomorrow I guess. What do you think?! Is it okay?? I cleaned it with alcohol, put neosporin, and put gauze so it doesn't get irritated by my panty again.
