sigh ..... help
I went to the doc mid last week and found out for the first time in my life I am in the overweight category. I had blood work done and found out I have high cholesterol too. I am 25 and in a walking boot right now. Everyone in my house can use healthier hobbits but they are unwelling to make big changes. Is there little changes we can make as a family? What can I honestly do to help these two elements until I'm out of the boot?
