Ladies can you help me out I’m about 5dpo my boobs are really sore it sounds weird but my lower stomach feels full if that makes since and pretty hard when I touch it, and I’ve been peeing a lot definitely more than usually it’s not full blown pee sometime after I pee a lot (quite a bit of pee) I have to go back after but it’s a good amount of pee. Is this a sign? Insight please.
