Early Nerve Pain? (Help)

Supposed to be just about 5 weeks today, and earlier was snuggling with my s/of and started getting a twinge in my lower left abdomen. Every time it would twinge I got a shooting pain down my left leg to my knee, accompanied with and all around front and back cramp. It subsided although now it doesn't feel completely right (still tingly). No bleeding. Could this have been nerve pain? I just want to know if it's possible or if I should go see a doctor as soon as possible. Really terrified me.
