Changing my birth control time
So I have my birth control alarm set for 12:08pm everyday but that time never works out for me. I’m always busy or just don’t have it on me. So I wanna change the time but I’m scared it’ll mess up the effectiveness for a while. Will it effect it? Is it okay to change the time?
