Did anyone else experience watery discharge after having a cerclage?

I had an emergency cerclage put in yesterday morning at 19 weeks pregnant. I was 2 cm dilated and the sac was bulging through. All of my red and pink bleeding stopped lastnight. This morning when I peed, after I got up and wiped. I felt watery discharge come out of my vagina. Then this afternoon it did it again after I peed and wiped I felt more watery discharge come out and it has like almost a yellow/or tea stained looking color to it. And it happened again just a little bit ago after I peed. Is this watery stuff from the procedure itself? Did anyone else experience this after a cerclage? I haven't had any cramping or pain or anything.
