I spent the night with my Professor *need hella advice*

Okay so for obvious reasons I’m not naming names or telling which university I attend, but I kissed and spent the night with my professor last night ig? Please believe me when I say I feel like a terrible cliche, but it just sort of happened??

He’s 37 (I’m 22) and he’s my Italian (my minor) professor, he’s incredibly handsome and hella fit. He’s intelligent, creative, funny, charming, etc. the whole package! I’ve always been VERY lowkey a little flirty in and after class, and I noticed about two weeks ago he started reciprocating. Yesterday after class we had a conversation just us two about his ideas for upcoming projects when he suddenly asked me if I live on campus. I said no and that I take the bus to my apartment downtown. It was getting a bit late, and he said that he didn’t want me taking the bus with a bunch of creeps when the sun is going down, so he offered to give me a ride. I was SUPER thrown off, but agreed.

Next thing I know, we’re in his car talking about music, school, his college life, if I had a boyfriend (which I don’t), and if he was seeing anyone (which he’s not). We arrived at my house and we kind of starred at each other for awhile AND THEN BOTH BEGAN LEANING IN?? I DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL CAME OVER ME BUT I FREAKING KISSED HIM BACK AND I FELT SO GIDDY omg!!

After this, I felt so everywhere and had so much courage I just asked if he wanted to come in. I never expected any of this, let alone for him to say yes jeSUS! So this is where it gets anticlimactic. We just ordered food, watched a movie, and talked, then he fell asleep on my couch, nothing else. By the time I woke up, he was gone.

We haven’t talked since, and honestly I’m super freaking nervous to see him in class on Monday!! Idk what this is, or where to go, or even if it’s honestly allowed?

Please, does anyone have any advice on how to approach him about it, if I should move forward, etc?? Thank you!!
