help with newborn with jaundice

6am and I can't recall a thing doctor has said. my man isn't much help I have been nursing my little man since 2am?3am? every time I go to lay him down to bed, he starts getting fussy. He does have really bad gas so I Wonder if this is a reason. my boyfriend seems to swaddle him better in this swaddle wrap and I can't seem to master it other than with a plain blanket. my feet are so swollen it's not even funny. my man won't massage them for me and I feel bad about the little constantly crying. We live in an apartment and I feel bad for our neighbors because he is loud. I'm pretty sure I'm running off of 4 hours of sleep from yesterday, but at Leasty my milkis coming in. Dad works am 18 hour shift today and Wednesday so I feel bass he hasn't been able to sleep.

also ant tips on pumping? i have a pump but it doesnt draw my milk out at all and im using the smallest cup they gave me.

I'm half passed out on the couch. I wish I had someone here to help
