Misshapen yolk sac?

Went to the er last night due to a scare, I’m 7 weeks, baby looks okay and got to see it and see the heart beat for the first time. After the u/s a doctor came in and told me that the baby looks okay but the yolk sac is misshapen so I’m at a higher risk of miscarriage. Have to go to the obgyn in 3 days for another U/s. Anyone have this happen before and baby turned out okay & had a healthy pregnancy?
