Anyone else have a worse and longer period after their IUD?

I haven’t even had the kyleena iud for 2 months yet and I want it gone. My last two period have been 8 days and sooo painful. On top of that, I’ve been breaking out, gaining weight and emotional. Please tell me this gets better because the doctor is just giving me the whole “the IUD doesn’t really have side effects” deal, but I know this is because of the IUD. Anyone else?

I had a 52 day period on my IUD and my periods are normally 10 days so trust me, 8 days is not much. It takes the IUD 3-6 months to settle and that’s when you’ll most likely experience side effects but that will get better, you’ve just got to stick with it
