Tell u that if we knew when U ovulated, everyone ovulates on a different cd, I would suggest OPK from cd 7 on and bbt monitoring every morning after 2 months u should be able to establish your bodies pattern and better predict ovulation

Depends on when you ovulated 🤷‍♀️ A lot of women ovulate around cd14 with a 28 day cycle, but that’s only if you have a typical cycle. You can narrow it down with opks and bbts next cycle.
