think I ate bad carrots??

I have a vegetable tray I've been eating on this week. the best by date was 3 days ago. I just noticed some whitish spots and the bottom ones were a little mushy in some areas I didn't eat on the carrots but they don't taste or smell bad? did I just give myself food poisoning ugh.

Vegetables don't expire looks dairy does. As long as they're not super slimy or smelly, they're fine to consume. Don't worry!

I ate bad carrots a few years ago (left them in my work fridge and forgot about them for a few days). Basically the carrots were a little slimy but I was young and poor so I rinsed em off an ate em for lunch. By late afternoon I had a stomach ache/knot in my stomach. After work I ran an errand. I got super hot and nausea struck. I ran away from the cashier leaving all my stuff mid purchase. Ran to the bathroom and barely made it. Puked the carrots up and that was the end of it. Didn’t feel so hot the rest of the night and felt like an idiot for almost puking in public. But thankfully my body knew what to do to avoid food poisoning. 
Though I wasn’t pregnant at the time so, I have no idea how that will affect things. 
I hope you don’t get sick or al least just let your stomach reject them fast like mine did so nothing worse comes of it. Good luck

Are you sick? Doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get food poisoning, but precut fruits and vegetables are a higher risk.
