I had an US today at 5 weeks 5 days and they saw a sac and yolk and told me that was perfectly normal! I go back in a week to check for baby and heartbeat!

that happened to me I was 6weeks 2days and they only saw the sac. I went back at 8 weeks 2 days and I saw my baby and heard the heart beat.
