Pregnancy weight.
I've actually lost some pounds while being pregnant. I started off at 216. Went up to 220. Then came down to 214. Then 210, and now I've been stuck at 211. I'm afraid that I'm not gaining weight now, but that I'll gain it after I give birth and it'll get out of control somehow. Has anyone else been through that? I really want to keep watching what I eat and keep this sort of diet I've been following. Not many juices unless it's diet ones, mostly water, not many carbs except here and there. Then start an at home workout as soon as I can. Or do something to keep me moving since I can't do much right now cause this pregnancy has had me in pain for a while now and I'm 32w already. I want to lose the weight and keep it off, but I'm afraid that I'll gain after whatever I didn't gain now.
