I’m a little concerned

Hey ladies I’m a little concerned... I’ve missed my whole period the month of July. No signs of it. Normally my breast are super sore and i felt very very tender nipples for about 3days. I couldn’t even wash over them with jus my hand in the shower without the being hella sore. My temps are extremely low like 97.3’s. I temp in the hi 97 low 98’s when i ovulate. I’ve never confirmed ovulation (temps ran low ) and never got positive opk. Feel slight pinching here and there but no AF. Emailed my dr and she says she’s not worried about me until i miss 3 periods in a row. What could be going on that i didn get a period? We BD almost everyday. On cycle day 41. I have a 32 day cycle. Usually ovulate btwn CD 18-23. Pls ladies input ur two cents. 😫😫😫
