Milk supply decreasing

I used to pump and would fill up a whole 4oz bottle and now I can't even get it up to 2oz why is this happening? I had my son July 13th but I never learned how to latch so I was always pumping and I feel like I'm not making enough milk, what can I do to make it how it was when I first had him?
