pregnancy tips

hello ladies, I was wondering what helped you get pregnant.

I have a pcos we have been trying for 2+ years and nothing. and have a doctors appointment on the 21st and it's a fertility doctor but I was trying to do everything as natural as possible or try stuff before deciding to do ivf. I'm super nervous about those hormones and pills and craziness people have to do but if I have to I'll do it. I really want to be a mommy. but if you guys can suggest anything you guys tried. hope you can all help me. thank you.
