Dehydrated?

My 2 month old went almost 12 hours through the night with no wet diaper. She barely woke up twice to nurse for a few minutes during the night .. but as soon as she really woke up this morning she peed but I’m worried should I take her to the hospital? She had 11 diapers yesterday and she kinda ate as normal- lately her time on the breast has been reduced but I know she’s still getting a lot.
