wondering if i can count them as tattoos?

hey ladies so i have two stick and poke tattoos and one professionally done. i’m going on monday to get another one (professional) and i want to make a post on my insta story basically something along the lines of “tattoo # whatever”. should i only count the professional one i have and the one i’m getting therefore making it my second professional one or include all of them making it my fourth? i consider them to be real but then again i dont want the negative lash back of my stick and poke don’t count. i’m sorry if i worded this weird i’m not really sure how to. thank you ladies for any responses !!☺️
