NEED SERIOUS BABY HELP!!! infant wont burp? help??

Question

so, long story short, my sister got arrested for selling fucking pills about an hour ago and I was woken up to one of her friends dropping off my 2 week old neice at my doorstep. I don't have any kids of my own and I'm panicking. she is looking at.. basically forever and the baby is probably going to be mine now...ugh, sorry. 
but, I just fed her some formula and I can't get her to burp. her tummy feels a little tight and I'm a little worried she will get a tummy ache or something. she is also still acting a little hungry...I think...she is nuzzling around like she's "nip hunting" so I'm warming up another bottle. 
any tips on raising a baby in general would help.

Look for an infant care class at a nearby hospital. There will probably also be a social worker involved soon who can point you towards some resources. 
For burping, you have to pat the baby pretty firmly, but sometimes they just don’t burp. As soon as you’re able to talk to your sister, ask her about baby’s usual feeding habits...
Good luck! It’s terribly hard, but also really simple to take care of a baby.

If you massage her tummy in clockwise motions it might help, has she had a pooh yet? She might be constipated which is why her tummy feels hard xx

sometimes position helps. some babies if you sit them in your lap and pat that helps. some over the shoulder. some babies you have to pat harder then others. as long as she's not fussy she should be ok to give her more bottle. might just help bring the air up.

It’s ok, just take some breaths.
Research what you can, call your Mum, call your Aunty, call someone with a baby, or babies and ask for a crash course.
I promise you’ll be ok.
Feed, sleep, shit- that’s basically all the baby will do.
Sleep when Baby sleeps is the biggest advice I can give, then you will not be so exhausted xx

I agree that you should try to find someone close that can give you more tips. 
For the burping, if she doesn’t burp after 15 minutes of you trying then she probably got little/no air with the bottle, so you can leave her be. She might spit up later but it’s ok.
Her tummy could be hard for other reasons. Rub her stomach in a clockwise motion, it might help. 
Be prepared to wake often to feed her, my son didn’t start sleeping longer than 2-3 hours at a night until 3 months.
As for the searching for a nipple thing, she might not actually be hungry. Of course, offer bottle, but she might be looking to comfort suck. My son did that also, for the first month or so. I just gave him his binky to suck on.
