Military/pregnancy/overseas !?!?

Hey ladies. So I need some advice, I have an appointment with an OB/GYN Not for another month or so (soonest available) ... well my SO just got orders this week to go to Guam for the next 2/3 years (leaving before January 2019).. well we recently been ttc.

For us to move out there we have to get a bunch of vaccinations.

I’m not sure what to do.. I ovulated & im in the 2week window currently (possibility of being pregnant this month) ...

I know I should talk to a doctor first, that’s why I made an appointment right away.. but idk if there’s anyone on here that had to go through something similar?
