all day morning sickness/ taking care of other kids

I'm pregnant with my first and have had such bad all day morning sickness that I'm basically confined to bed. we have always planned on having a large family and I'm wondering how stay at home moms take care of other young children when they can't move from the bed for weeks at the time. i was even telling my husband that we will seriously need to plan for paid help next time.
