Pins and needles

I’m 35 weeks and 4 days and I’ve had the feeling of pins and needles in my hands, especially my right, for about a week but today it’s been constant in my right hand and hasn’t gone away. Has anyone experienced this and knows if this is normal or something I should be concerned about? I mentioned it to my doctor earlier in the week but at that point it’s wasn’t constant. Thank you mommas!
