Tigers(I hope this is the right group to be in)

So I was watching Two Brothers last night. A story about 2 tiger brothers separated as cubs and they find each other a year later. It came out in 2004. There were 5,000 tigers in the world at that time. Today, there are only 3,200. And are believed to go extinct in the next few decades.

Is there not a restriction on hunting them? Is it just not enforced? Or are poachers just getting worse?

My question is what can we do to save them?!?! That movie broke my heart. And seeing the numbers drop that drastically killed me!
