Tips for having less anxiety
I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in June. Send through some tips you may have for relieving any anxiety about this pregnancy. I’m trying to be super happy because I am beyond excited about having a baby! But need some tips for what I can do to distract my mind when those worries come back.
