When will you start on your hospital bag?

My baby shower is planned for a month before I deliver and I won't buy my diaper bag before then. So, I am wondering if I should start packing a small gym bag (don't really have another bag to use) with my hospital essentials just in case baby comes early. We already had a pre-term labor scare. Wondering how all of you are planning to prepare! Almost to the 3rd Triemster

I’ll probably pack mine around 35 weeks. No reason not to be prepared, especially if you have already had a scare!

With my first I packed it at 30 weeks ( I had a fear he was going to come early haha) but seriously did research and I ended up only using my chapstick and my slippers lol but I wish I would have brought flip flops instead ( washable) Because when I was walking I had a contraction and peed my self  and ruined my slippers hahah and had to wear those horrible hospital socks

I already had my baby shower so probably before third trimester but after my hospital tour

Before the 3rd trimester ends, like 34 weeks, without the stuff I use daily like deodorant, you just never know when things might happen. 
I won’t have a baby shower tho so that can’t be a marker lol

I’ll probably start packing around 30 weeks but might wait until 35. I know should wait but I get excited and want to be prepared. Also I’ll probably check it a few times in case I forget something. But I’m not sure if I’m having a baby shower. Idk if anyone is throwing me one.

I will pack around 34-35 weeks. But I also have a chance of ending up in the hospital early as well, so i have typed up a list in my phone of things i would want/need if i were to suddenly need to go in - that way my husband or sister could easily pack for me.

whatever bag you have will be fine! the hospital will probide everything the baby needs while their (diapers, formula (if you choose), etc. with my first, I didn't have any diapers packed since we live 5min from the hospital! just make sure you have clothes for your little one. (I would recommend a newborn and 0-3; none of my newborns fit my baby at birth)

i'll start on gathering things around my 30 weeks mark but because i won't be able to have a baby shower. i've never carried passes 38 weeks so it's best i pack early to be prepared. this is my third pregnsncy, first baby girl. 💜
i have a son who turned two on June 2. 
a son who turned 8 months old today and am due November 18 with baby girl.
