This is literally my third time checking my CM. I’m in the TWW right now. I had a positive OPK on 7/23 and guessing I ovulated on 7/24 or 7/25. I’m hoping we conceived - I haven’t gotten a BFP yet. Was hoping someone knew the difference between CM after implantation and normal pre-AF CM.

Two days ago I had sharp cervix pain off and on. It felt like a needle but only lasted a second a two. Today it feels like there is a knot or sore muscle on my tail bone.

I have pcos and don’t always have a period every month.

I feel really dry down there yesterday and today.

My CM is not sticky or elasticity at all. It’s like milky colored and lumpy (but not like yeast infection lumpy just like separated lumpy). Kind of like Elmer’s glue but not as thick. There’s not much up there

My cervix felt really soft but I couldn’t feel anything that felt like an opening - it felt like it may have been tilted?

Update - FMU was negative
