6months pregnant with a almost 9month old +8yr old

Okay sooo I’m currently pregnant 6months (23weeks and some days) also have a 8 month old who turns 9 months this month and a 8 yr old ...

My body hurts and I’m super exhausted just holding my 8month old omg it hurts my back and I’m out of breath he’s so active I feel like such a bad mom because idk what to do it’s hard picking him up and down and playing on the floor etc . As it is when ur pregnant and shouldn’t be doing these things but I have tooand I don’t have sitters or help my husband works a lot and when he’s home he helps but man I’m going crazy ,

My son doesn’t like to be held at all anymore the only way we can put him to sleep is by putting him in the car seat I tried everything literally idk what I’m going to do I have 4 months left then a new baby ...

Any moms going through this orrrr know something’s that help ?

I thought he was teething but no teeth or anything so idk 😐 help
