This is torture! 37+4, only slept for 3 hours last night. I couldn't go back to sleep, tossing and turning, hot flashes, getting up to pee. I felt what insomniacs must feel like. I could cry now am so tired😭 Why oh why, when we need our sleep and rest so badly, we suddenly can't sleep at all! It's like mother nature's joke! A toddler bouncing on my head this morning added to the struggle! I've made my husband take the day of work, as I literally can't function. What will I be like when baby gets here😧
