i just don't know what's happening to me😞😭

does anyone have any experience or advice with this.... this is my third possible chemical, i got my bfp on wednesday and then the lines began to fade.... then saturday i had some light bleeding start and some cramping, it's only turned red today, and it's not a lot at all, i've had no more cramping and pain and still all symptoms,

took tests this morning and got these restults(with fmu).

i'm waiting on a call back from my dr about possibly getting referred to an early scan unit..... but does anyone have any ideas what's happening?!
