How clean is your house with a two year old ?

Mamas with a two ish year old...how clean is your house in a daily basis and how do you keep it clean??

It's messy, but not dirty. Like yes there's toys everywhere and maybe a sippy cup or two on the floor, but no food left out, bathrooms aren't nasty, etc

I’m that one person who cleans everyday, all day and literally every single day of the year. That’s how bad of clean freak I am I don’t know how I do it but even though my son has his toy corner it’s so freaking organized everyday because I am a freak to go after him when he makes a mess and I teach him to help me pick up after himself, he’s only 2 and he’s getting to that point where he will bring me things to throw in the trash or pull my hand so I help him organize his toys and when I’m mopping and sweeping he’s out there helping me. So yes my house is spotless and having kids wasn’t going to stop me from cleaning my house, who’s a clean freak like me will understand me lol

I'm in the minority. My house has to be clean. My mom and grandma were neat freaks, so I just grew up that way. 🤦🏼‍♀️
I spot clean daily, and actually clean once a week. Dust before he wakes up, vacuum while he has breakfast, clean the bathrooms while he is having milk and watching toddler music videos, and clean the kitchen during the day while he plays. We also clean up his toys every night before bed.

My house is clear of clutter, unless she's awake but I wouldn't say it's super clean. It's not filthy but I wouldn't eat off my floor

Our living room is my daughter’s play room so every other room is clean. I’m trying to get her to play in her own room but she won’t play in her room if I’m not sitting with her in there. I spend most of my time in the living room so that’s where all the mess goes. I try to pick up her toys every so often just in case we have visitors but I’m also 34 weeks pregnant so sometimes I just say f*** it.

I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I can tidy up and vacuum and 5 or 10 minutes later there’s toys and cheerios all over the floors again lol. So my apartment is never really “Clean” unless they are sleeping. 😂

2 year olds are old enough to pick up their toys you just have to make it entertaining for them (sing and guide them ) they are totally capable..no need to have a “dirty” house because you have a toddler I hate that excuse for laziness 😝

Anytime I enter a room, I clean for at least 2 minutes. I put things away as I walk past them, and just tidy as I move throughout the day. I vacuum/sweep once during the afternoon, and my fiancé will again before bed. Our living room and kitchen are most important to me to stay clean, and I find those fairly easy to manage most days. My daughter has a few books, puzzles, and coloring books in the living room. So toys out in it don’t really get too bad. Her playroom can get pretty crazy sometimes, but doesn’t take longer than 15-20 minutes to clean usually unless it gets insanely messed up.

Mine messy in the rooms he has access to but good in other rooms. I always say  it's clean during the night...when he's asleep. 😂 We clean up every night before bed. It stays that way until after breakfast.
