Anyone care to share some tips & tricks for thickening and strengthening your hair. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and my hormones got all quite out of balance so I shed a bit more than usual
I know thickness is somewhat genetically and hormonal determined, but I like to fight against the odds - mine’s average, not thin but not as thick as I wanted, but rn shedding makes me lose my minds (sometimes I wonder how I still have hair left on my head)
