new pregnancy!?

I miscarried June 29th. body disposed of baby & everything. tested July 20th & test was negative. realized yesterday that this Friday I would be going on 6wks since the miscarriage and no sign of my period. So I took a test & it was positive, took to more and they were positive. did a blood draw this morning to test hcg and progesterone levels. Is this real??? it's so hard to believe this is a new pregnancy. I'm so nervous.
