Advise needed, think im pregnant 4 weeks after D&C?

Hi Ladies, so i had a missed miscarriage and a D&C at 8 weeks on 20 June. Havent had a period yet. Been having that wierd pulling feeling in my stomach since Wednesday, first thought i was now officially going bonkers! Been getting very faint BFP's since Thursday, but they are getting darker. Question is, has this happened to anyone and what were your experiences? I would love to be excited, but just cant get my hopes up. Havent told DH anything yet, dont want him to suffer unnecessarily. Absolutely confused right now!
