Don’t know what to do 😫😫

I had unprotected intercourse 2 days before and the night before I ovulated and the day of I woke up with cramping on one lower side of abdomen and same day I had a faint pink when I wiped and I’ve been experiencing extreme nausea throughout entire days and when I lay on my stomach 🤢I also have some cramping and today I peed like 6 times back to back and my back is aching 🤕 I’m 12dpo and idk what to think and my period isn’t due til the 9th according to glow.
