Any Help? Spotting?

Hi all. I’ve had the copper IUD for about 17 months I’ve never felt the strings never had a check up and for the past 1-3 days I’ve had a small amount of redness like blood in my discharge and sometimes when I go to the toilet I notice a little drop or two of blood (not in my urine) come out into the toilet, I haven’t really ever had this experience before. I attached a screenshot of my past two periods so you can see I’m not due for a period right now. Is this normal ? Anyone can tell me any advice or anything?
