If I feel like or think something sexually bad might have happened when I was a kid does that mean it did?

I guess it depends where these feelings are stemming from? Has someone told you something, suggested something, or do you vaguely remember something happening? I have a few sexual issues and because they commonly stem from sexual abuse, I have sometimes caught myself wondering if something happened when I was a kid, but I've put it down to power of suggestion because I can't actually remember anything weird happening.
