he wants a baby but not marriage!😞

hi ladies. I have a major problem. I've been with this guy for 4 and a half years. we've gone through our ups and downs but we've gotten through them. anyway here comes the big part.... for the last year the topic of marriage had come up from my man's family and mines. everyone wants to know when is it that he will marry me. but he doesn't want it. he's asked me to marry him in the past then has come back and said no he doesn't want to. when i ask why he gives me the run around. lately his best friend of 20+ years gas gotten involved and is trying to press him to marry me. it's uncomfortable but I'm not sure at this point what to say. what should I do ladies??? we live together and i don't want to jump up and leave over night. but I'm growing tired. and another thing I failed to mention is that my man is pressuring me to have his babies he wants 2 by me!! but doesn't want marriage. I don't understand. but can someone please help me to make sense of this. i am black and he is hispanic. his family and friends love me to death same with mines but his daughters despise me. I've never seen them in person before because they're from Nicaragua. but they do not want me with their dad. they want their mom and dad back together so they always treat their dad horrible when they realize I'm still here. please help me. if this were you what would you say to him and what would you do????
