PLEASE HELP ASAP

I am 20 and just found out I am pregnant at 5 weeks. I live in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I think the closest is Milwaukee and Madison... Is there any way I can get an abortion that isn't 2 hours away?! Can someone reach for me or how do I look? On vacation right now but will speak with doctor in a week..
