How many times do you shower?

I have been having this issue for 4 year my scalp  smells my armpit, feet, private parts and bad breath .. I know right this is bad I been to doctors and dermatology which they basically said I was crazy I take showers every day sometimes twice a day I brush my teeth twice a day I use head and shoulder but I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ what is going on have any of y’all known anyone gone thru this or any recommendation on what can I use on my scalp and armpit

A couple things have you been to the dentist about the breath? Have you ever heard of tonsil stones? Id suggest adding tee tree oil to your shampoo and body wash.  I believe you because 1) im nursing and I smell not like myself I noticed it when I had my second but it is hormone related 2) i have tonsil stones and it comes with horrid breath 3) i keep telling my sister her breath smells like moth balls.  Did ur drs even do any blood test on you?

I shower once a day. I rinse my hair every day but only wash it with shampoo and conditioner every 4 days or so. 
Don’t use Head & Shoulders though... it doesn’t help dandruff at all, it just puts a waxy coating on your scalp so that the dandruff doesn’t flake off. 
Maybe try switching up your diet. Also if you’ve been using the same deodorant for a long time try a new one. Same with body washes/soap.

Sounds like youre showering too much. Try backing off on washing your hair every day. 
Back off to every other day or every 3rd day. 
Try baking soda and tea tree oil for shampoo. A lot of shampoos like head and shoulders is super hard on your scalp and hair.

Use Dr Bonner’s peppermint soap or lavender -body wash.. could be something you eating.

You could look into detoxing with bentonite clay. My pits were pretty stinky when I switched to all natural deodorant and the clay really helped. Wellness Mama has some useful info on it. Do other people say you smell bad?

I shower or take a bath once a day, wash my hair once or twice a week. 
On days I don’t wash I use Batiste dry shampoo. 
It’s bad for your hair and scalp to wash everyday because you’re washing away natural oils. To compensate for the loss, your scalp starts overproducing- resulting in oily hair. 
I’ve never heard of someone’s scalp stinking? Like others have said, it could be diet related. When my dog was on a food with sweet potato, he started stinking like cat pee.

I shower atleast 3 times a day sometimes 4, It's the california heat & I'm pregnant due in 12 days, so me having discharge coming out my vagina doesn't help. I would talk to your doctor or look up the symptoms online & go from there.
