Anyone else not sleeping, feeling slightly off or nausea, feeling like a furnace, and cramping through out the day at 5 weeks? I literally just found out and don’t feel well. My first pregnancy was like this and it was twins. The way I feel it might be quads.

I haven’t felt this bad in a long time and am to starting to wonder if it’s not a tubal or something. I go in today for more blood work due to a previous miscarriage to make sure my levels are on the rise. Hell maybe all of this is just nerves.
