Postpartum question TMI

Hello I have an episiotomy question for all you fine ladies who got cut and had stitches.

I’m 5 weeks postpartum and last week I was super constipated and had haemorrhoids when I was using the washroom I thought I felt something rip and there was a lot of bleeding but I know I had also burst a haemorrhoid at the time and didn’t think twice about it.

Now a week later I’ve been having off and on light bleeding and stinging when I pee and last night I had a few washroom problems and wiped a little harder then intended and saw a decent amount of fresh blood. Curiosity got the better of me and so I took a look with a mirror and saw that I was bleeding from the back near my bum but it was on my incision line and now this morning when I was dabbing after using the washroom I’m still having light bleeding from that spot but I also lost these weird t shaped things 😱 they’re white with a black centre and have no idea what they are??? Did my stitches fall out? Did I rip them when using the washroom? Why do I do???
