7 weeks and empty sac?

2 weeks ago I got some spotting which went more heavy and red but not really heavy like a period! I went and had a early u/s and they said i was 5 week just a sac and yolk sac there no fetal pole. I though I was 6+3 days but I could of been out a little! they rescheduled another u/s for 2 weeks later which was today and there was an empty sac no fetal pole again they have told me that they have made a discussion that this pregnancy is not viable and hasn't developed and im having a missed miscarriage i havent had any bleeding since 2 week ago no cramping ect.. they have offered me to take the tablets or have a d&c; i have asked if I can wait a week see if it comes naturally first they have rescheduled another scan for next week! I had a miscarriage in febuary i have no children i asked if I could have bloods done and to see if there is anything wrong with me but I have to wait until I have 3 miscarriages for them to investigate why I am not able to carry a baby. I am really praying i go back next week and baby pops up and was just hiding but I thibk im wishing too much has anyone else been through this atall? any success stories x
