opk help

I'm a bit confused about opk testing, this is onlyy second month doing it but been TTC for 8 month now. last month I seemed to have 3 positive days in a row, this month I tested yesterday and the test line was waaaay darker than the control line, then today back negative and I'm sure I tested the day before and it was negative. we DTD yesterday morning then 2 days before that. will I have missed my chance this month now or have I still got chance
