Help someone

So since I got pregnant my sex drive has just gone down so much and I honestly hate it. My husband and I don’t have much sex and I know it bothers him but I just don’t have no want for it. Even if he tries and fingers me it hurts because it’s so dry so I just try to blow it off and when we have sex I can’t finish I have to use my vibrator but before I had no problem finishing. I can’t even satisfy my own body like I can only use my vibrator because I don’t get wet using my fingers like I used to. Is there anything I can do to help my problem?
